TDS was contracted by a Chicago based architectural firm to field verify and provide existing CAD drawings on this approx. 240,000 sq. ft. – 18 floor hotel with full restaurant & bar (The Pump Room).
Scope of work included field verification and as-built CAD drawings of all floor plans, including room finishes, window information, electrical / mechanical locations w/ mounting heights, ADA barrier-free dimensional verification, partial ceiling / fixture plan information at all floors, and digital photographs of building.
Initial lead time of fourteen (14) days with a primary turn-around of nine (9) business days.
