TDS was contracted by a Massachusetts based management company and coordinated through a Chicago based architectural firm to verify / modify existing CAD drawings of the primary areas of the hotel – twelve (12) stories of the hotel building
Scope of work included modifications to existing CAD drawings, field verification of specific changed areas (including the Razbar) of the building, general verification of all levels, partial ceiling plan information, partial schematic section and digital photographs of building.
In addition, TDS was contracted to coordinate and provide CAD drafting assistance to the Interior Design consulting firm (New York) and Project Architect (Chicago) with guest suite interior design / furniture drawings. As well as provide square footage calculations for finish material coordination and specifications.
Initial lead time of three (3) days with a primary turn-around of five (5) business days.
