Field Verification / As-built / Record Document Services

Allow the teams of architecturally degreed / trained professionals at TDS to provide you with any/all of your field verification and as-built CAD drafting needs. Field verification can include as-built floor plans, exterior / interior elevations, building sections, ceiling plans, electrical / mechanical plans, flooring / finish plans, roof plans and much more. We curtail our service approach and fees around your specific needs on an individual project bases. In addition to the final as-built CAD drawings furnished to you are drawn utilizing your office CAD standards, AIA Layering or TDS standards and guidelines; whichever is more convenient and cost productive for you and your staff

3D High Definition Laser Scanning (HDS)

The use of diverse and cutting-edge high definition scanning (HDS) technology allows for industry leading, seamless and truly cost effective collaboration with clients and their projects nationally. TDS offers state-of-the-art 3D point cloud data collection and high definition scanning (HDS) for even more accurate / detailed as-built deliverables. These designers are equipped with the latest 3D modeling software with thousands of pre-drawn blocks for furniture, equipment, vehicles, people and more. The years of experience and expertise of our designers can bring your concepts to life with full color perspectives or pre-construction animated walkthroughs. Matterport 360 Imaging & Walk-throughs

We are proud to offer Matterport Imaging as an add-on service in-lieu-of or in addition-to still photos. This technology allows for easy full color visual & dimensional referencing of the building / spaces captured via an online cloud server and can be accessed anywhere-by-anyone via QR Code from your phone, computer or tablet.

Our Hospitality Design clients are particularly fond of the added flexibility / accessibility this technology affords their team through-out the design development, construction document and construction phases.

Architectural CAD/BIM Drafting

TDS specializes in assisting our architectural clients in extending their office CAD and BIM (Building Information Modeling) drafting resources and eliminating pressing deadlines on their larger or more demanding projects. This all with the convenience and confidence associated with the utilization of our Architecturally Degreed and trained Senior CAD Designers. If you currently have rolls of drawings sitting around your office / facility or need some quick backgrounds generated for a project, then there is a truely cost effective option to better utilize your drawings… TDS has the answer you have been looking for with CAD/BIM Conversion (or straight copy – BIMup) processing. This is the process of “manually” redrawing existing drawings or blueprints into the latest version of AutoCAD. Let us remind you that this is not a scanning process that leaves you un-editable or modifiable images of your drawings, but creates a usable and industry compatible CAD/BIM file for future modification and/or use
